Company shall endeavour to follow best practice with due regard for its business needs, in line with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and the expectation of all interested parties.

The objectives for the Company under this policy are to:
1. Increase the levels of environmental awareness across all sites.
2. Develop environmental management plans for sites with significant impacts.
3. Increase the variety and quantity of materials segregated for recycling.

The Senior Managers will be responsible for communicating and implementing this Policy and will ensure that:

a. Controls are implemented to prevent, avoid or minimize pollution in all forms wherever possible.
b. The production of all types of waste is minimised. Maximise recycling, and dispose of other waste that
cannot be avoided, in a responsible manner.
c. Employees and contractors are encouraged to avoid environmental damage and to report breaches of
this policy to the Environmental Representative.
d. Resources and energy are used wisely.
e. Training is provided as part of staff development taking into account responsibilities.

The Board of Directors are committed to continual improvement of the company’s environmental
management system by regularly reviewing its impacts, and on an annual basis, update this policy in line with
the review findings.
