All projects to be invested in are done so in full cooperation and consultation with our construction partners to ensure both feasibility and fidelity with all agreed-upon financial goals.
WW Martin Ltd is ACM’s primary contractor and has built an excellent reputation with its strong history and excellent track record across all construction sectors.
The business is structured in a manner which allows them to be very competitive and undertake a varied range of work. They have invested in their personnel and offer a highly skilled and experienced team to deliver projects to extremely high standards whilst maintaining a focus on time and cost.
The main activity of the business is undertaken within the ‘Major Works Team’. The value of works undertaken by this team range in value from £250,000 to well over £75 million . In addition to the Major Works Team they have a very successful Special Projects Team which employs over 40 skilled operatives who focus on delivering bespoke projects across a variety of asset classes for numerous public and private sector clients. They also operate their own Joinery Workshop, which provides bespoke high quality joinery.
