Asset management services

ACM’s Asset Management Services enable both domestic and overseas investors to consider large development projects in the United Kingdom. This begins with – subject to an agreement and in-depth consultation – selecting the most efficient legal structure which assists in maximising key performance targets and the project’s overall IRR.

This is further optimised by linking the remuneration of each contractor and professional service provider directly to the overall project/asset IRR or yield. Through our ‘Total Project Delivery‘ model, margins are only paid if the hurdle rates are achieved. This allows us to enhance the clients’ return up to the hurdle rate or agreed overall yield.

Linking the returns of the individual contractors to the successful management and completion of the project on time, on budget and meeting or exceeding the pre-agreed returns ensures that all parties are working to a common goal, maximising the return to the investors.

Project and risk management

Combining several decades worth of experience in international finance and banking, ACM’s Project and Risk Management team has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the potential challenges that underlie every large-scale investment.

ACM is committed to a long term relationship with our investors and not just a single transaction. We work to ensure not just an initial mutually agreed investment strategy but also a long-term partnership  and full commitment to any project delivered through ACM.

Our focus on maximising investor returns leads us to maintaining strict cost controls with all our strategic partners while maximising realisable value at the end of all our projects. ‘Total Project Delivery‘ enables ACM to focus on cost control as a group: if the project is running behind, additional resources are deployed to ensure on time delivery while remaining within budget. Achieving this objective is a key parameter within ACM and is driven by the knowledge that the whole Group’s margin is linked to the investors IRR or yield.
