Richard has over 22 years of experience at Director level in assisting international trading and property companies develop and expand their business in the UK. Experienced in team and partner development, joint venture negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and affiliations. Working closely with Andy Nouri he is responsible for sourcing and undertaking key due diligence on potential projects prior to presenting them to potential investors.

Ian has 37 years’ experience in the industry, a career that started as a bricklaying apprentice with WW Martin before he went on to hold Management and Commercial Director Positions with Mowlem plc and Carillion plc. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a Master’s Degree in Law and is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators.

Mike has 35 years of continuous employment within the construction industry holding Management and Director positions with Wiltshier Ltd, Ballast plc and Mowlem plc.

Experienced in various managerial positions and particularly in the management of construction contracts under a variety of arrangements. Extensive knowledge in most types of engineering works and in the mobilisation, co-ordination and direction of management teams and in Client/Consultant liaison.

Thirty years’ experience within the QS profession. Recently worked on a number of large retail led city centre redevelopment projects.
