Ian has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, in a career that started as a bricklaying apprentice with WW Martin before going on to hold Management and Commercial Director Positions with Mowlem plc and Carillion plc. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a Master’s Degree in Law, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators.

Rich Marsh - Client Relations Director
With a career spanning multiple industries and working mostly across Europe, Rich has been involved in big-ticket sales and negotiations for over 30 years. He is also experienced as a speaker, trainer and business consultant bringing together a skill set based around working with people in difficult or sensitive situations. His has worked in real estate in sales, franchise operations and is experienced as an owner and landlord in both residential and industrial sectors.
Amanda has been in the finance market for some 25 years. Initially as a lender, providing working capital for SME businesses, including asset finance, cross border funding, trade and stock finance. Since 2008, Amanda has operated her own finance brokerage, specialising in funding for property development projects countrywide. Covering the whole of the funding market, Amanda can source finance for all types of property developments be they large or small. She is passionate about delivering a bespoke quality service and has aloyal client base who enjoy the excellent service she provides.
